Coach Nick is a proponent of the Joint by Joint Approach, proper movement patterns, research based exercise prescription, and sports performance programming. Coach Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the State University of New York at Cortland and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. At the time of writing this Coach Nick has been designing programs and training others consistently for 4 years.
